About Us

Kamena Kuća began with a simple love of dogs.

Over the years, our family has shared our home with several breeds, but it wasn’t until a family trip to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, in 2024 that the Doberman truly captured our attention. We spotted a beautiful red male Doberman while walking through town, and that encounter sparked what quickly became a passion for the breed.

After researching breeders, bloodlines, temperament, and the breed itself, we welcomed our first European Doberman, Sako, into our family.

Sako exceeded everything we had hoped for. His intelligence, temperament, loyalty, and presence made us fall even more deeply in love with the Doberman and ultimately inspired us to begin building Kamena Kuća Dobermans.

As we considered the future of our breeding program, we knew we wanted to be deliberate about the dogs behind it. Our search for the right female led us to Europe, where we selected a female from established European bloodlines to complement Sako and the goals we have for future generations.

We are committed to continuing our education, carefully evaluating the dogs we produce, and making breeding decisions with the long term health, temperament, and preservation of the Doberman in mind.

Why “Kamena Kuća”?

Kamena Kuća is Serbian for “Stone House.”  With our surname being Stone and our focus on European Dobermans, the name felt like a natural representation of both our family and the foundation we hope to build.  For us, Kamena Kuća represents strength, permanence, and family qualities that reflect both our vision for our breeding program and the breed we love.
